Overall: A decent experience! Shipped fast and the unit is in MOSTLY good condition. Bad news: Unfortunately, the unit was damaged during shipping or sometime before. The side cover of the transmission was busted where the neutral safety switch cover is bolted on. The boss which connects the cover was found cracked off and a hole in the cover was found. Sadly, we found this 3/4 the way through parts transfer from old engine to this one. Good news: We are transmission specialists and were able to spend some time removing the old trans side cover and were able to install that cover on the lower miles used assembly. The crisis was averted, but it was an unnecessary and preventable setback in the repair process. The weak are of that transaxle case requires special care. Non-transmission specialists – it could have been far more devastating. Other: A few other brackets were bent, nonissues, and totally understandable for an older model used assembly.

JDM was awesome called looking for a motor for my 06 civic. Ended up getting both motor and transmission for a great price. Fast delivery and the shop told me the motor looked brand new. Would defiantly recommend JDM Engine to anyone looking for a great deal.
